About Us At the first visit to the orthodontist, the Treatment Coordinator and Dr. Jenkins will meet with you for an exam and to go over your treatment options. We will discuss your treatment with you in detail, including the cost for your particular case. Regular Appointments The appointment when you get your appliances (braces, expanders, etc.) usually takes from one to two hours. You’ll then see us at regular intervals usually 6 to 8 weeks apart for an adjustment, which takes approximately 30 minutes. Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately and try to give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. It may be difficult to reschedule you for very early or late appointments as they are scheduled 6 to 8 weeks in advance and are very popular appointment times. Provider & Staff

Don't see your insurance? No problem.
Even if a service provider doesn't accept your insurance, they can help you verify the amount of benefits you have
available and provide you with the paperwork you need to get reimbursed by your insurance company.
Note: There may be a difference in what the service provider’s office charges for a particular service and what your insurance
company considers to be the usual and customary fee for that service. In these cases, you will be responsible for paying the
difference. The service provider's office can go over their fees with you prior to beginning treatment so that you can
